Bilingual Research Assistant
Javier started with our office as of December 2021 and is a bilingual research assistant/recruiter and he is responsible for pre-screening and identifying participants for our current studies from our internal database, incoming referrals from social media ads, incoming referrals from the community, and central recruitment campaigns. He will also be assisting with various other delegated tasks as needed for various ongoing studies, such as assisting with electronic regulatory and source documents within our internal CTMS or study-specific electron source systems. He will be performing rater assessments such as the MMSE on potential or ongoing participants.
Javier graduated earlier in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cetys Universidad in Mexicali, BC, Mexico. Javier has some experience over the past few years working with patients in psychology, group home, or addiction clinic setting.
